Yes not quite to stock but if it last another 90 years not many will know.

21/03/2024 These small parts add up, easily put off. L to R photo 1, Front row:- Rear Spring Front Shackle service plate, Hood Door retaining brackets. Back row:- R/S Step Bracket, R/S Step Pads, Tail Light Stands, Hand Crafted Cover pieces for the overlap Rear Apron/Fenders.

09/05/2024 More prep work on one side of the Hood, managed to get 3/4 of this part in top coat. Taken a while working solo but it’s not a race, provided the paint firms up overnight I am hoping to get the other side to this stage tomorrow.

10/05/2024 Managed to get the top of the Hood sprayed this morning, think it went really well, there practice makes perfect so they say. When next at my unit this will be well hard so that I can attack the right hand Hood top and side. Will then be able to polish the chrome lift-up Handle to see if the 91 yr old chrome will go again.
